Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Guard Full Time Incident Response Patrol in Honolulu, HI. The role involves patrolling a luxury retail location, maintaining a visible presence, and providing exceptional customer service while responding to security concerns. Position Type: Full Time.

Pay Rate: $22.38 / Hour. Schedule includes Daytime shifts with multiple daily time blocks.

Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Incident Response Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for customers, employees, and visitors while responding to concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and retail personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales floors, entrances, stock areas, and the surrounding perimeter, as permitted by site policies.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity, theft-related concerns, and policy violations through visible presence, observation, and timely reporting.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
