Allied Universal is seeking Security Professionals for a site in Jersey City, NJ

Full-Time Position

Shift Available: All shifts, flexible schedule

Schedule details will be discussed during the interview

Pay Rate: $19/hour

As a Security Guard, you'll serve and safeguard clients across various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site policies, and emergency responses when needed.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises, with environments varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Must pass background checks in accordance with laws; criminal history will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Must pass a drug screening, as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may need to be obtained before employment. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
