Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Experienced Unarmed Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA. You will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access, and maintain a visible security presence at a commercial real estate site while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time daytime schedule requires a valid driver’s license, at least 5 years of security experience, a high school diploma, and being at least 18 years old. Allied Universal offers training, benefits, and exclusive perks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff while following site-specific procedures and policies.

• Monitor property access and observe visitor activity, reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following site emergency procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities in required logs.

As a Security Guard Experienced Unarmed Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
