Qualifications

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed T3 Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

Pay Rate: $16.48 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, residents, and/or tenants while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to deter unauthorized access and security-related concerns.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Preferred ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Preferred ability to operate a Segway or T3.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
