Job summary

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial office buildings, lobbies, parking areas, loading docks, common areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing guests and responding to access-related questions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required documentation.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while supporting a professional environment for occupants and visitors.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrolin Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces innovative service.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
