Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Security Guard for weekend coverage at our West Chester community. This part-time role protects residents and staff by monitoring entrances, patrolling the facility, and responding to safety concerns.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of safety, is vigilant, and can de-escalate tense situations while maintaining a secure, welcoming environment for all. No prior security experience is required, though helpful.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, although previous experience in security in some capacity is preferred.
• You pride yourself on providing and protecting a safe environment for those around you.
• You have a keen eye for noticing unusual activity and things/people that are out of place.
• You excel at confronting and de-escalating or resolving situations that warrant a safety concern.

Responsibilities
