Senior Lifestyle is seeking a dedicated Security Guard for the 3rd shift at our Cincinnati community. You will protect residents and staff, monitor access points, and respond to incidents to maintain a secure environment.

No prior experience is required, though a background in security is welcomed. You will perform regular rounds, operate surveillance systems, and de-escalate incidents with composure and professionalism.

Qualifications

• No experience required; security background helpful.
• Strong observation to notice unusual activity.
• Ability to de-escalate and resolve safety concerns.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Secure all areas of the facility, checking for open doors or unusual activity.
• Monitor emergency and safety equipment including security cameras, phones, and life safety systems.
• Complete regularly scheduled rounds in and around the building.
• Communicate about and respond to all unusual activity or emergency situations.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, although previous experience in security in some capacity is preferred.
• You pride yourself on providing and protecting a safe environment for those around you.
• You have a keen eye for noticing unusual activity and things/people that are out of place.
• You excel at confronting and de-escalating or resolving situations that warrant a safety concern.
