Senior Lifestyle is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas within the community in West Chester, PA. The role supports move-ins and ensures resident satisfaction through prompt responses, while upholding a friendly, professional attitude.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; strong English communication and independent decision-making are valued in a supportive, caregiving environment.

Job Description

• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Qualifications
