Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer – Enhanced Unarmed Driving role in Atlanta, GA to provide reliable coverage with fixed shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts. The role focuses on security procedures, incident response, and professional tenant service.

Formación

• 5+ years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management personnel by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access‑related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, following site‑specific procedures for visitor entry, deliveries, and contractor access.
• Complete required activity reports and maintain a professional presence while assisting with security‑related needs at the location.

As a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Driving Role in Atlanta, GA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $15.40 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
