• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.

As a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Driver Badge Issuance Desk in Braselton, GA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $16.33 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Sun 02:00 AM - 10:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Verify identification, credentials, and authorization for employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel entering or exiting the facility.
• Monitor access points, vehicle gates, and visitor activity; maintain accurate access logs and report unauthorized entry attempts or other security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, parking locations, loading areas, and the business perimeter; document observations and help to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
