The position is full-time, pays $19.50 per hour, with fixed night and weekend schedules and the opportunity to grow within a leading security and facility services company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following site policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials and sign-ins.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations per site policies.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports and handoff communications.

As a Security Guard - Driver Patrol - Experience Needed in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed – 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur – 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat – 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun – 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, following site procedures for credential verification, visitor sign‑in, and reporting irregularities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations in accordance with site policies.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications to support Allied Universal and client site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience, preferred.Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
