Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor and report access activity, visitor interactions, facility conditions, and suspicious behavior in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal procedures.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

As a Security Guard - Patrol Driver - Experience Needed in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
