Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Driver Incident Response in Riverside, CA. You will provide customer service and security oversight at a government transportation location, performing patrols, monitoring access, and responding to incidents while maintaining calm under pressure.

Requires a valid driver’s license; CPR and pepper spray certifications are preferred. This is a full-time on-site role with shifts listed in the posting.

As a Security Guard Driver Incident Response in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and members of the public at a government transportation-related location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, and maintain awareness of vehicle and pedestrian activity around the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel and/or public agencies.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and activity logs documenting incidents, patrols, observations, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
