Allied Universal in Riverside, CA is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Field Operations to protect government locations and provide exceptional customer service. The role includes unarmed patrols, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents with calm professionalism.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at a government location by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and public emergency services as directed.
• Monitor access points and observe entry and exit activity in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing visitors and providing general information when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and observations.
