Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by carrying out security procedures and emergency responses as needed.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct patrols of government facilities and surrounding areas to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and maintain required records.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate information to site leadership.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

• Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, public concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of government facilities, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, assisting with authorized entry and maintaining required records.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site representatives and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Have 6 months or more of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
