Tact Tech Security Solutions in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Security Guard Dispatch/Scheduler to oversee dispatching and scheduling of security personnel. This full-time role supports operations by ensuring prompt guard deployment, shift monitoring, and clear communication with clients.

The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and capable of independent work. A valid Security Guard D license is required or obtainable within six months of hire, with benefits and growth

• A valid Security Guard D license or be willing to obtain one within six months of hire.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software or dispatch management systems is a plus.
• Dependable, proactive, calm under pressure, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the immediate deployment of security personnel in response to service requests, incidents, call-outs, or emergencies.
• Maintain contact with guards throughout their shifts to verify location and availability.
• Manage and adjust shift schedules based on call-outs, absences, or changing client needs.
• Prepare and distribute daily schedules and reports for staff coverage.
• Ensure all posts are staffed according to client requirements and compliance standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guards, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Clearly communicate via radio and other communication systems.
• Document incidents, irregularities, or any changes in staffing promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of shift changes, attendance, and dispatch activities.
• Approve and reject reports as appropriate.
• Act as the first responder in coordinating additional resources or escalation in emergencies.
• Monitor and report any high-risk situations or incidents to management immediately.

Job Summary The Security Guard Dispatch & Scheduler is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and dispatch of security personnel at Tact Tech Security Solutions. This role ensures the prompt assignment of guards to locations, monitors shifts, handles urgent requests, and maintains efficient communication with both guards and clients.

The ideal candidate works independently, demonstrates excellent organizational skills, and remains calm under pressure while supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Coordination
