• Guard card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility including interiors, exteriors, and parking areas.
• Monitor access activity and report suspicious or unauthorized conditions.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Assist with maintaining orderly operations at a technology-focused property with clear directions and incident reporting.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate facilities, including building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access activity and report suspicious, unauthorized, or unusual conditions in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Assist with maintaining orderly operations at a technology-focused commercial property by providing professional directions, visitor assistance, and incident reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
