Job summary

Elite Residential Concierge Services Inc. is seeking a professional Concierge Guard for on-site security duties in the GTA. You will manage access, monitor cameras, supervise a small team, and coordinate with property management to maintain safety and service quality.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience as a Residential Concierge, valid Ontario Security License, and First Aid/CPR. The role offers steady shifts and opportunities for growth within a supportive, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers, security software, access control systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Control all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property.
• Greet guests, sign in visitors, and answer questions.
• Monitor security cameras.
• Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors.
• Operate security equipment, systems, computers, radios and phones.
• Follow Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures during alarms and emergencies.
• Create assigned security reports.
• Program and manage access control systems for the complex.
• Train, supervise and evaluate a team of 4-6 staff members.
• Liaise with property management and Elite management on security matters.
• Be first point of contact in emergencies or site issues.
• Create and adjust staff schedules and ensure contracted services are met.

To support our commitment to delivering best-in-class residential service, we are seeking a professional and experienced Concierge Guard to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property
• Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions
• Monitor security cameras
• Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors
• Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones
• Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
• Create assigned reports
• Program and manage access control systems for the entire complex
• Monitor, Train, and evaluate a team of 4-6 staff members
• Liaise with property management, board members and Elite management regarding pertinent security matters
• Be the first and main point of contact in case of emergencies or any site related issues
• Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary, fill in shifts.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Residential Concierge
• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observational, reporting, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple work locations as assigned.

Compensation

• The expected compensation for this role is $18.50 - $19 per hour.

Schedule

• Tuesday to Friday from 3pm to 11pm and Saturday 11am to 11pm

OR

• Sunday to Thursday from 11pm to 7am and Friday 11pm to 11am
