Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check per federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Subject to drug screening where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures and site policies, including emergency response when needed.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, authorizations, and visitor registrations; issue temporary access materials as per site procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, vehicle access and restricted areas; document access activity and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to access-control incidents and critical situations calmly, following escalation and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols around the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns.

Security Guard Full Time Access Log Review in Lathrop, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, authorizations, and visitor registrations; issue temporary access materials in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, vehicle access, and restricted areas; document access-related activity and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to access-control incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
