Description

Responsible for maintaining a secure environment for all residents and associates within the building and on the community grounds. Greets visitors, monitors the inside and outside of the building, and responds to emergencies.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greet and monitor visitors and residents, logging all entries and exits.
2. Monitor the building and parking lot, reporting abnormal findings to the appropriate authorities.
3. Lock doors at designated times and check security measures regularly.
4. Maintain familiarity with emergency and safety equipment, including cameras and life safety systems.
5. Respond to emergencies by contacting internal and external parties per protocol.
6. Assist in disaster management and evacuation procedures.
7. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and take messages appropriately.
8. Escort residents and visitors during evening hours, as needed.
9. Handle leasing inquiries after hours and on weekends, providing accurate information to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
10. Drive community vehicles as scheduled or needed.
11. Handle minor maintenance emergencies, such as fixing light bulbs or resetting breakers.
12. Keep the lobby and administrative offices clean and organized, notifying housekeeping if necessary.
13. Interact courteously with residents and guests, providing assistance and directions.
