Who We Are
The Mint Dispensary was founded in Arizona in 2016 as a patient-centric, affordable, vertically integrated, state-licensed medical cannabis dispensary. The Mint’s commitment to its core values, patients, and community resulted in the exponential growth of its retail brand. This led to the successful opening of its second Arizona commercial indoor medical marijuana cultivation facility in 2018, where we proved that we are capable of being leaders in the cannabis industry.
Due to our consistent delivery of quality products, The Mint has continued to see a boom in growth, with six thriving locations in Arizona, seven Michigan locations in Missouri, and over ten brand-new stores in Florida. Full Job Description
Mint Cannabis is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by observing and reporting activities and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Days/ Evenings/Over Nights
Location: Onsite; Tampa, FL
Hours:15-20 hours a week & OnCall Opportunities
Salary: $16.00
