Scope of the Position

To maintain activities that safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.

Responsibilities

1. Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates.
2. Gather relevant information.
3. Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
4. Make decisions and solve problems.
5. Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others.
6. Implement organizational security activities.
7. Follow organizational policies and procedures.
8. Prepare security-related reports.
9. Maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license.
10. Perform interior and exterior patrols, including stairs.
11. Work in outdoor elements for extended periods.
12. Adhere to all safety requirements.
13. Support company policies including IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
14. Collaborate within a team environment.
15. Work overtime and weekends as needed.
16. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. At least 2 years of experience in Security, Law Enforcement, or Military, with a High School Diploma or GED.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Highly motivated, service-oriented, and detail-focused.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
