Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Security Guard to protect residents and property across our Pennsylvania communities.

Under minimal supervision, you will patrol buildings and grounds and monitor the gatehouse, providing support during morning, evening, and night shifts. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, security or emergency response experience, CPR/AED/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• CPR, AED, and first aid certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Availability to pick up additional shifts as needed.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates forour Security Guard position.

Under minimal direct supervision, this role ensures the security and safety of the community by patrolling the buildings and grounds and monitoring the gatehouse. Provides support during the morning/evening and day/night hours for residents and team members.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior security and/or emergency response experience is preferred
• CPR, AED, & first aid certification (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Availability to pick up additional shifts as needed

Pay Range

$17.00 - $21.29 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
