Magnolia Bluffs Casino in Natchez, MS is seeking a part-time Security Guard to support our security team. The ideal candidate will maintain vigilance, protect patrons and property, and enforce casino policies at assigned posts.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, previous security experience preferred, and a valid driver's license. New York State Security Guard License is preferred though not required.

Salary Range: $11.00 To $12.00 Hourly

Located on the Mississippi River, on the site of the former Learned’s Mill that operated from 1828 until 1962, Magnolia Bluffs Casino now calls this historic land home. The casino originally opened in 2012 and is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. With numerous slot machines and ample table games such as poker, blackjack, roulette and craps as well as delicious dining options, we offer a guest experience unparalleled to others. In addition to our boasting casino, we operate a beautiful hotel with the areas only saltwater pool!

We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Natchez with the best customer service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a Security Guard. This position will report directly to the Director of Security. and will be responsible for:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a constant vigilance to insure the safety of patrons and employees and company property.
• Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Responsible for enforcing security procedures at all assigned posts.
• Promotes outstanding interdepartmental and customer relations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required

EXPERIENCE: Previous security experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required. New York State Security Guard License preferred.

Other:

• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to stand and walk 6-8 hours.
