Located on the Mississippi River, on the site of the former Learned’s Mill that operated from 1828 until 1962, Magnolia Bluffs Casino now calls this historic land home. The casino originally opened in 2012 and is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. With numerous slot machines and ample table games such as poker, blackjack, roulette and craps as well as delicious dining options, we offer a guest experience unparalleled to others. In addition to our boasting casino, we operate a beautiful hotel with the areas only saltwater pool!

We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Natchez with the best customer service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a Marketing Manager. This position will report directly to the Corporate Director of Marketing and will be responsible for:

OB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans, develops and coordinates promotional and marketing campaigns that support company goals.
• Research casino and racing promotions and events.
• Works closely with all members of Marketing staff including Player Extras Club to ensure promotions and marketing programs are effectively communicated, coordinated and executed.
• Manages promotions budgets and oversees logistics for various marketing promotions and events.
• Manage and evaluate direct mail offers and promotion results.
• Manages and collaborates with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of all creative services projects (signage, direct marketing, eblasts, collateral, etc.).
• Acts as liaison with New York Gaming Commission as it relates to approval of marketing promotions and collateral.
• Interfaces daily with personnel from various departments.
• Acts with discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling of sensitive information.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

College degree required, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred. Communications or equivalent job experience.

EXPERIENCE:

Three (3) to five (5) years marketing experience with emphasis on gaming or entertainment. Strong project management, attention to detail, and communication skills required. Superior organization and the ability to multi-task and manage time a must. Desire to work in a fast-paced work environment with knowledge of digital marketing, direct marketing and promotions. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Required to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Other:

• Able to lift and carry 30lbs occasionally
