Job summary

Stellar Senior Living in Helena, MT seeks a vigilant Security Guard to protect residents, staff, and property at a large senior living community. You will monitor entrances, patrol hallways, and respond to incidents, maintaining calm and professional demeanor to ensure residents' comfort and safety.

This role offers overnight shifts 10pm-6am on Fri and Sat, competitive pay, benefits, PTO, holidays, 401k, and more, with company-sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and cooperate effectively with others.
• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position.
• Trained security officer with diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences and develop reports for leadership.
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents (verbal and written).
• Patrol building and perimeter randomly and regularly.
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
• Watch alarms or video cameras and operate safety equipment.

Security Guard - Large Senior Living Community

We are seeking a diligent Security Guard to join our team at a large senior living community in Helena, MT. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve.

Job Description

Our Maintenance Director oversees keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detailed oriented and friendly.
