Job summary

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a diligent Security Guard for a large senior living community in Helena, MT. You will help protect residents and staff while maintaining a secure environment during overnight hours.

We offer a competitive hourly salary of $20–$21, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401k, plus opportunities for advancement and on-going training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position.
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
• Surveillance skills with orientation to detail.

Responsibilities

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences and develop reports for leadership.
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents (verbal and written).
• Patrol building and perimeter randomly and regularly.
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.

Security Guard - Large Senior Living Community

We are seeking a diligent Security Guard to join our team at a large senior living community in Helena, MT. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve.

Job Description

Our Maintenance Director oversees keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detailed oriented and friendly.
