Full-time - Shifts are 1:30pm-10:00pm with Mon/Tues OFF, Our Facility Maintenance Technician is in charge of keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detailed oriented and friendly.
