4HORSEMEN INVESTIGATIONS & SECURITY is seeking a dedicated Security Guard for our Canton, GA location. This role involves protecting people, property, and assets while upholding professionalism and security standards within a respected firm.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, Georgia security license or the ability to obtain one, and prior security or related experience. Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills are essential, along with reliability

Qualifications

• Georgia Security Guard license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
• Strong observational and situational awareness skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
• Conduct regular security checks of buildings, entrances, and perimeters.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established protocols.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
• Control access points by verifying credentials and screening visitors.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Deter criminal activity through a visible and professional security presence.
