4HORSEMEN INVESTIGATIONS & SECURITY is seeking a dedicated Security Guard for our Canton, GA location. This role involves protecting people, property, and assets while upholding professionalism and security standards within a respected firm.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, Georgia security license or the ability to obtain one, and prior security or related experience. Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills are essential, along with reliability

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
Georgia Security Guard license or ability to obtain one.
Experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
Strong observational and situational awareness skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
Conduct regular security checks of buildings, entrances, and perimeters.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established protocols.
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
Control access points by verifying credentials and screening visitors.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Deter criminal activity through a visible and professional security presence.
