4HORSEMEN INVESTIGATIONS & SECURITY is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team in Barnesville, GA. Play a key role in protecting people, property, and assets while upholding professional standards with a respected security firm.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Georgia Security Guard license (or the ability to obtain one), and strong observational skills. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are available, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Valid Georgia Security Guard license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong observational and situational awareness skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Clean background check and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
• Conduct regular security checks of buildings, entrances, and perimeters.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established protocols.
• Document and report suspicious activity, security breaches, and daily observations in incident reports.
• Control access points by verifying credentials and managing visitor entry.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter criminal activity.
