4HORSEMEN INVESTIGATIONS & SECURITY is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to protect people, property, and assets in Gainesville, GA. Join a respected security firm and maintain a professional presence while safeguarding client sites.

Responsibilities include monitoring premises, conducting security checks, responding to alarms, and reporting incidents. The role requires a GA guard license (or ability to obtain one), a high school diploma or GED, and reliable, punctual shifts including nights

Qualifications

• Valid Georgia Security Guard license or ability to obtain one.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Strong observational and situational awareness skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism
• Conduct regular security checks of buildings, entrances, and perimeters
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established protocols
• Document and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security breaches
• Control access points by screening visitors, verifying credentials, and managing entry logs
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
• Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter criminal activity

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Georgia Security Guard license or ability to obtain one
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
• Strong observational and situational awareness skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts including nights and weekends
• Valid driver's license and clean background check required
