Akamai is seeking a Security Compliance Specialist II to support our security and compliance program in the United States. You will partner with engineering, security, and business teams to implement and maintain regulatory compliance across SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and HIPAA.

You will collect evidence, perform control testing, and drive remediation while reviewing architecture, SOPs, and change records to ensure effective governance.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with security concepts including IAM, networking, encryption, logging, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, HIPAA).

Responsabilités

• Partner with engineering teams to assess security control implementations.
• Evaluate compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and HIPAA.
• Collect, validate, and organize audit evidence for reviews.
• Perform control testing and track remediation activities.
• Review architecture diagrams, SOPs, and change records.
