Job summary

Coupang is seeking a Security GRC Manager to lead the evolution of cybersecurity risk management and control governance. You will establish scalable methodologies, collaborate with AI GRC, and drive continuous, evidence-based risk oversight across a high-scale technology environment.

You will mentor a Security GRC team, set governance standards, and ensure risk accountability across engineering and product teams while aligning with global standards and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cybersecurity governance, risk management, or related experience.
• Experience building or maturing risk management capabilities in complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable methodologies to identify, assess, prioritize, monitor, and elevate cybersecurity risks.
• Partner with AI GRC to maintain a unified risk taxonomy and governance framework.
• Maintain an actionable enterprise risk register with automated data feeds.
• Establish risk metrics and reporting to translate findings into business insights.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a Security GRC team with clear roadmaps.
