Job summary

Coupang in the United States is seeking a Security GRC Specialist to advance its cybersecurity risk management. You will develop scalable, data-driven approaches to identify, quantify, and monitor risk using signals, telemetry, and governance processes.

You will partner with AI GRC, Security Engineering, and Control Assurance to create a unified risk framework across AI and cybersecurity, translating complex risks into actionable insights and measurable risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, technology risk management, security engineering, or cybersecurity GRC.
• Experience developing or implementing risk management methodologies, continuous monitoring, or data‑driven security programs.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and AI governance frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001/27001) and regulatory requirements.
• Experience translating telemetry and architectural data into risk insights with engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize continuous cybersecurity risk management methodologies.
• Build data-driven risk models, indicators, and dashboards for threats and control gaps.
• Link risk signals to business impact to prioritize risks.
• Establish risk assessment methodologies, risk registers, scoring, and governance.
• Collaborate on runtime risk monitoring and integration of security telemetry into risk workflows.
• Work with AI GRC to align risk assessment methods across AI and cybersecurity.
• Incorporate assurance findings into ongoing risk assessments and reporting.
• Identify systemic risk patterns and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
