Anthropic, a San Francisco-based AI safety company, is seeking a Security Audit & Controls specialist. You will own the Common Control Framework across multiple standards, draft and validate control descriptions, and design continuous monitoring to prove operating effectiveness.

You will lead remediation in collaboration with control owners and map new frameworks onto the CCF as needed.

Formación

• Years of IT audit, security compliance, or controls assurance experience.
• Experience with multiple control frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA).
• Experience writing control descriptions, control activities, and test procedures used by auditors.
• Experience with continuous controls monitoring or automated evidence collection.
• Ability to read a runbook or pipeline and verify control enforcement.
• Clear writing for auditors, engineers, and leadership.
• Ability to coordinate with control owners and partner teams without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Common Control Framework and its mappings to SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and related commitments.
• Draft and validate control descriptions and activities with control owners.
• Design and run continuous monitoring of control efficacy and surface failures.
• Verify remediation with GRC Partners and standardize evidence pulls.
• Map new frameworks onto the CCF and support gap assessments.
• Support integrated audits and readiness checks, including evidence requests.
• Evaluate evidence reliability, including AI-generated evidence, for audit readiness.
• Build with Claude to automate control mapping, testing, and monitoring.
