• Own the Common Control Framework and its mappings to SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and change processes for controls.
• Draft and validate control descriptions and activities with control owners, detailing who does what, how often, where, and evidence.
• Design and run continuous monitoring of control efficacy, define metrics and tests, tune false positives, and build the controls maturity model.
• Verify remediation and carry it into steady state with GRC Partners; advise on control design and implementation, maintain a single source of truth for control and finding status.
• Map new frameworks and commitments onto the CCF and write delta requirements when scope changes.
• Support integrated audits: readiness checks, walkthroughs, evidence requests, and readouts of external findings to GRC.
• Evaluate evidence reliability, including system-generated and AI-generated evidence, and set the standard for audit-ready evidence.
• Build with Claude: automate control mapping, evidence testing, and monitoring, and verify machine-drafted control language before it becomes the record.
