Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Clinton, NC for a full-time, unarmed role at a food and beverage location. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide customer service while maintaining a visible presence.

Responsibilities include monitoring access points, responding to alarms, and documenting visits and incidents, with site leadership informed of any concerns. Must meet minimum age and background screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen will be required by policy.

As a Security Officer Patrol in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, critical situations, and facility alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, shipping and receiving locations, employee entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, policy violations, and other security-related observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
