Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and communications; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain clear, professional communications and complete required logs and reports.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities at a chemical manufacturing location.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and communications systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain clear, professional communications and complete required logs, reports, and administrative documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
