Job summary

Eaze is seeking a security associate to maintain a safe environment at our Florida facilities, watching cameras, patrolling designated locations within the warehouse, and enforcing access control.

You will check IDs, sign-in visitors, assist with deliveries, respond to incidents, and support the packaging team when needed. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Check the identification of all visitors at the entrance.
• Ensure that visitors sign in and out according to the company’s visitor policy.
• Open the main entrance door and gate for authorized personnel and visitors.
• Accept and sign for deliveries from various courier services such as UPS, FedEx, DHL.
• Notify the relevant personnel of the delivery and ensure that it is directed to the appropriate department or individual.
• Remain present at the front desk/computer station during assigned hours.
• Provide basic information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact within the facility.
• Handle basic administrative tasks as required.
• Watches security cameras and reports any suspicious activities.
• Patrols the warehouse on a regular basis to ensure there’s no activity.
• Assists the packaging department if time allows.

What you're capable of

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Long periods of sitting and/or standing, a noisy work environment, and warehouse temperature affected by outside conditions
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Willing and able to submit fingerprints for a Level 2 background screening upon hire
