Job summary

Eaze is seeking a security/front desk associate at our Florida facility to monitor access, verify IDs, and manage visitor flow. You will greet guests, sign for deliveries, and coordinate with relevant departments. This role supports a safe, compliant warehouse environment and requires attentiveness and reliability.

Primary duties include camera surveillance, visitor sign-in, and basic admin tasks. Physical stamina to stand for long periods is necessary, with fingerprinting for background checks

Responsibilities

• Check the identification of all visitors at the entrance.
• Ensure that visitors sign in and out according to the policy.
• Open the main entrance door and gate for authorized personnel and visitors.
• Accept and sign for deliveries from courier services (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
• Notify relevant personnel of deliveries and direct to the correct department or person.
• Remain at front desk/computer station during assigned hours.
• Provide basic information to visitors and direct them to the right contact.
• Handle basic administrative tasks as required.
• Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activities.
• Patrol the warehouse to ensure no unauthorized activity.
• Assist the packaging department if time allows.

• Compensation: $16/hour

What the role is about:

Maintains a safe environment by watching cameras, patrolling Specific locations within the warehouse.

What impact you'll make:

• Remain present at the front desk/computer station during assigned hours.
• Provide basic information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact within the facility
• Handle basic administrative tasks as required

• Patrols the warehouse on a regular basis to ensure there’s no activity
• Assists the packaging department if time allows

What you're capable of:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Long periods of sitting and/or standing, a noisy work environment, and warehouse temperature affected by outside conditions
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.

• Willing and able to submit fingerprints for a Level 2 background screening upon hire
