Job summary

Eaze is seeking a security associate for Florida locations. You will monitor entrances, verify IDs, and ensure visitors sign in and out per policy. You’ll also handle deliveries, coordinate with staff, and assist guests with information at the front desk.

Expect a fast-paced environment requiring standing for long periods, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with warehouse conditions. Food handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check the identification of all visitors at the entrance.
• Ensure visitors sign in and out according to policy.
• Open main entrance door and gate for authorized personnel and visitors.
• Accept and sign for deliveries from UPS, FedEx, DHL.
• Notify relevant personnel of deliveries and direct to the appropriate department.
• Remain at front desk/computer station during assigned hours.
• Provide basic information to visitors and direct them to the right contact.
• Handle basic administrative tasks as required.
• Watch security cameras and report suspicious activities.
• Patrol the warehouse regularly to ensure no activity.
• Assist the packaging department if time allows.

• Compensation: $16/hour

What the role is about:

Maintains a safe environment by watching cameras, patrolling Specific locations within the warehouse.

What impact you'll make:

• Check the identification of all visitors at the entrance
• Ensure that visitors sign in and out according to the company’s visitor policy

• Accept and sign for deliveries from various courier services such as UPS, FedEx, DHL
• Notify the relevant personnel of the delivery and ensure that it is directed to the appropriate department or individual
• Remain present at the front desk/computer station during assigned hours.
• Provide basic information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact within the facility
• Handle basic administrative tasks as required
• Watches security cameras and reports any suspicious activities
• Patrols the warehouse on a regular basis to ensure there’s no activity
• Assists the packaging department if time allows

What you're capable of:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Long periods of sitting and/or standing, a noisy work environment, and warehouse temperature affected by outside conditions
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Willing and able to submit fingerprints for a Level 2 background screening upon hire
