Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years in industry.
• 3+ years professional QA experience, including software development.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and API testing.
• Experience with automated testing tools and approaches.
• Security testing experience is preferred.
• Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, behavioral, and security QA on web and mobile apps.
• Create and run test cases in Python to support manual and automated testing.
• Document bugs in Jira and track them through to resolution.
• Validate issues reported by end users when needed.
• Collaborate with developers and other leads to resolve issues.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot, including MySQL tuning.
