Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Flex Officer to protect client sites and maintain safety across healthcare, education, and finance sectors. You will utilize our shift‑pickup platform to claim open shifts that fit your availability, building site experience and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include patrols, monitoring access, incident reporting, and assisting guests with a courteous, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5+ years verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Must pass background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized access.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with the public.
