Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more. You’ll use a shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts, enabling you to build a schedule that fits your availability while gaining site experience across industries.

The role may involve irregular shifts with little to no advance notice, with opportunities for growth and hands-on security experience in a dynamic, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable security experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Background check and drug screening in accordance with laws.
• No prior security experience required, age 18+ (21+ if required by state).
• Reliability, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits and authorize access as per client rules.
• Respond to alarms and notify authorities when needed.
• Prepare reports on incidents and accidents with logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Provide emergency notifications as required by site orders.
