Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma.
• Background check required; accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company or client vehicles.
• Be at least 21 years of age and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate radios/monitors and communicate clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department if needed.
• Warn violators of infractions and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect property and ensure authorized removal.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site post orders.
