Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to protect client sites across multiple industries. You will use a shift-pickup platform to claim assignments based on availability, creating a flexible schedule while gaining site experience.

The role emphasizes patrols, incident reporting, and customer service. Candidates should be at least 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass background checks and drug screens.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radio or console monitors and communicate effectively.
• No prior experience required for some postings.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure authorized removal of property is conducted within client requirements
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
