Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to service clients across industries. You will use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts, building a schedule that fits your availability.

Responsibilities include patrols, monitoring entrances, and reporting incidents while maintaining a safe, professional environment. The role offers weekly pay, requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years experience), and may involve background checks and a drug

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments.
• Effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions (loitering, smoking, forbidden articles).
• Permit authorized entrances and monitor entries/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site Post Orders.
