Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Flex Officer for a Distribution Center. You will protect clients across diverse industries while using our shift-pickup platform to build a schedule that fits your availability.

The role offers the flexibility to gain site experience across multiple locations and industries, with irregular shifts possible on short notice. The position emphasizes observation, reporting, and quick response to incidents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required by the employer and compliant with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment where permitted by law.
• Be at least 18 years of age and meet licensing requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of emergencies.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect property and ensure proper removal of items.
