Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve clients across industries, using a shift-pickup platform to claim shifts based on availability. The role offers hands-on experience and growth opportunities, with potential irregular hours on short notice.

You will perform patrols, monitor for security hazards, and respond to incidents while maintaining professional customer service and accurate logs. Training and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed).
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and safety hazards.
• Raise alarms or summon police/fire department when needed.
• Permit entry and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
